First Public Bus Ride, Public Sporting Event, and Wrestling Match
Avery spent the day with Pop Tom yesterday, so, of course, it was action-packed. First, they built a snowperson. Avery used a melon ball scooper, and came back to report about it.
Then, they made a face.
The snowperson appear to have almost been as tall as Avery ( approximately 37 1/2 inches), but then, it got a little more sculpted.
After snowperson building, Pop Tom and Avery took the bus to UPenn to see the wrestling match. This was Avery's first time on a bus. Very exciting. Pop Tom balanced Avery and the stroller on a crowded bus, up to University City. While the bus ride was a highlight, Avery was way more interested in talking about the wrestling match.
He was clearly riveted:
I asked him what he learned, and he said, "There were guys. The guys wore RED and BLUUUUUE. They wore earmuffs so they didn't hurt their ears. And they wrestled." He also reported it was a lot of fun.
