From the Mouths of (Our) Babes

Daddy and I took disco naps to prepare for NY Eve tonight. We're going to Laura, Joe and Baby Sophia's house to play and eat good food. Maybe I'll stay up until 8:30 to celebrate the new year!

I love 'em!

Tonight was so much fun! I got to go to a great party, and wear a new groovy outfit my mom bought me. Daddy carried me in the backpack, and I squealed and kicked my feet, while pulling (lovingly!) at his hair to show him how much I enjoyed the ride. I met all kinds of neat people at the party. One person said I looked very European (bonjour!) and many remarked on how big I am. I even got to stay up way past my bedtime, and didn't even get cranky. Though I am not sure I really love all the flashes in my face (people like their cameras), I do LOVE parties!

I went cruisin around Philly with Auntie Hopie, Nan and Cousin Finn today. What fun! I love cousin Finny! While mommy went to get some good gym time in, the fam and I went to see the light show (I never tire of that light show!) and to look at some cool art. Then, daddy, mommy and I took a walk around the park at night and we visited the bookstore and had hot chocolate (I had a bottle). Yum!
