Holy crap we shopped!





Today we totally killed a few big boxes. We did so much more damage at Target than we did when I was only four days out of the hospital. We got me a new stroller that folds - it's pretty great. Light and silver, it's called a Maclaren Volo. I am totally digging it.

I fell a little asleep while recharging on the way to the next big box. Super comfy shopping cart...

Afterward, we bought a few towels at the other big box and then on to IKEA!! We got some great pillows there that mom had been looking for for awhile.

After we got home we played a bit on the floor and I demonstrated how chubby I can look.

Updates: 1. Avery has learned how to gallop. He calls it skipping, and he has been doing it all around the living room, street, park, store... since yesterday afternoon. Everywhere. 2. A New Food Every Three Days...

If you were to try a new food every three days for about a year, don't you think you'd get to the point where you had to be really creative to find something new? With combinations of ingredients, knowing that you have tried one dish, you would think that you'd exhaust the possibilities. Well, we've been new foods like this for some time now, and every time I go to the grocery or Farmer's Market, I come back with something new for Avery. Ritz crackers were introduced today! Chive cream cheese was on the menu a few days ago. This evening, we combined the two for Ritz cracker and chive cream cheese fiesta. Avery hogged down seven crackers piled high with cream cheese, had a huge piece of extra sharp cheddar, and some berry applesauce. This was all washed down with a huge bottle of organic whole milk, which friend Jeanna says, "tastes like fresh cut grass and ice cream."
